"The disk is not formatted. Do you want to format it now?" This error message sends shivers down the spine of every photographer. You plug your SD card into your laptop to edit your shoot, and suddenly, it's unreadable.

Common Issues

Do NOT Format!
If Windows asks you to format the drive, CLICK NO / CANCEL. Formatting erases the file index, making recovery much harder.
