Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Repair Services

Banwow provides computer repair and IT services. While we strive to ensure successful repairs, we cannot guarantee that all data will be preserved. We strongly recommend backing up your data before submitting any device for repair. Banwow is not responsible for data loss.

3. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on replaced parts as per the manufacturer's policy. Service charges are non-refundable once the service has been performed. Warranty does not cover physical damage or liquid damage occurring after the repair.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept Cash, UPI, and major Credit/Debit cards. Goods remain the property of Banwow until paid for in full.

5. Unclaimed Devices

Any device left unclaimed for more than 45 days after repair notification will be disposed of to recover costs, and Banwow will hold no liability for such devices.
