Common Repairs
- Video Loss: Usually caused by rusted BNC connectors or cut cables. We re-crimp them with high-quality gold-plated connectors.
- Night Vision Fail: If the IR LEDs burn out, we replace the camera board.
- Power Issues: We replace faulty 12V 10A power supplies.
Why get AMC?
An AMC ensures we visit 4 times a year to clean lenses, check recording status, and fix minor issues preventatively. It's cheaper than paying for individual visits.
